Tapan co-founded ARC Financial Services in early 2008 and was previously with Fidelity Investments, the largest AMC in the world. Prior to that he lead the financial research team and handled hedge fund clientele of iGATE Global Solutions. Tapan has rich experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, IPO Consulting, Content Management and Investors Relation Services.

A Chartered Accountant and a Bachelors in Commerce from Panjab University, he is also an avid writer and his write-ups have been captured in leading international periodicals. He is amongst the youngest authors in history of ICAI for his book on Auditing for CA Intermediary level, currently into its 10th edition, and has recently authored 'Investment Banking: The First Step'.

Manoj brings with him diversified and comprehensive experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment Banking. He Co-Founded ARC Financial Services after working with Goldman Sachs. His rich experience includes Valuation of Companies, Corporate Restructuring including demergers, Cross Border Acquisitions, Equity Syndication and Leveraged Buyouts.

Manoj is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has received Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University.

Himanshu brings with him exquisite experience in Strategic & Financial Research, Consulting, Insurance & Corporate Finance. He has been part of multiple engagements involving industry landscape study, sector analysis, revenue growth decompositions, portfolio shift of segments, corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisition, private equity funding etc. He is also a director and lead faculty in ARC Academia - India office of Wall St. Training, a pioneer financial training firm in India. He Co-Founded ARC Financial Services after working with McKinsey & Co.
